Job Description :
As a store manager, you are the brand ambassador. You ensure the management and development of your point of sale in compliance with the company's commercial policy.
Reporting to the brand's Sales Director, you are:
Point of sale manager:
- CA development
- Loyalty of the clientele
- Inventory and cash management
- Improvement of Kpis
Guarantor of respect for the brand image:
- You unite and develop your team in order to achieve the set objectives
- Merchandising
- Welcoming customers
- You guarantee a unique customer experience
Required profile :
- Significant experience in store management
- Very good interpersonal skills and great listening skills
- Natural leadership, ability to train and develop teams
- Strong commercial temperament, responsiveness and adaptability
Type of contract: CDI 35H
Taking up position 02/15
Salary: €2,100 gross/month
Contribution to transport costs, restaurant tickets €9.20/day
Hours: Monday to Saturday, public holidays
